Thank you for choosing Abundant Living Health and Wellness. As a new patient, we want to ensure you’re fully informed of our office policies regarding appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and late arrivals.
To help us provide quality care and accommodate all our patients efficiently, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes, including cancellations or reschedules. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call our office during business hours. Messages left on our voicemail after hours for appointments scheduled the following business day will be considered late cancellations.
We understand that unexpected events like illness, car trouble, or family emergencies can occur. In such cases, we are happy to waive the cancellation fee.
However, for cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $30 fee will be charged.
Additionally, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your visit. This helps ensure we can provide the necessary time for your care while staying on schedule for other patients.
